Is the artwork being produced from artists of diverse ethnic cultural and <br />geographical identities so as to be somewhat representative of the <br />population of the community? Explain. <br />Is the artist willing to give warranties as requested such as copyright <br />belonging to artist, prove the technical feasibility, and evidence <br />adherence to safety standards? Explain. No piece of public art should <br />disrupt traffic, create a visual distraction that could expose the City to <br />liability, have any sharp or protruding edges or otherwise create a <br />nuisance. <br />• Does the piece of public art represent diversity of style, scale and <br />media?
