Since the project does not currently have an established timeline, AUM
is ready to develop an aggressive project schedule in coordination with
the City. Since this is a very well-maintained neighborhood, we need to
minimize the impacts and the duration of our work to the residents. We
will strictly commit to the City's proposed daily work schedule hours to
allow the residents to maintain easy access to their homes.
We have assigned our most experienced Project Manager along with our
senior lighting crews led by one of our three Master Electricians. As
evidenced by our staffing organizational chart shown in Section 3 of this
submittal, we will breakdown this project into different crews that
specialize in their areas of work, i.e., underground, pre -cast foundation
and pull box installations, pole installation and wiring and final
restoration. This multiple crew approach allows AUM to progressively
expedite the project completion at no additional cost to the City.
AUM takes Safety as our number one priority for our clients, the public
and our employees. Attached is a partial copy of our project specific
Safety Plan for the Golden shores Street Lighting project.
