AUM has <br />never been <br />late on a project nor have we <br />ever had any Liquidated <br />Damages <br />imposed on <br />any of our contracts. AUM is <br />uniquely qualified to not only <br />execute this <br />contract <br />but also assure the <br />City that we will expedite the installation <br />at no additional <br />cost. <br />In conjunction with <br />City staff, <br />we will jointly develop our <br />proposed <br />construction <br />schedule that will <br />minimize <br />the impacts to the residents. <br />As evidenced by our list of most recent similar projects, AUM has extensive <br />experience in the installation of street lighting. We have dedicated specialty crews <br />for the undergrounding, light pole base installation and the erection and wiring of <br />the light poles. This methodology allows us to develop a highly efficient <br />progression of work. In 2019, we were working concurrently on 3 different multi- <br />million -dollar street lighting projects for FDOT throughout Miami -Dade County. <br />The experience and ability of our field crews allowed us to successfully finish each <br />project on time and under budget. <br />No. 14 Submitter's attributes: <br />As previously stated, AUM is highly qualified to execute this contract. Besides the <br />multiple similar construction projects that we have completed for other agencies, <br />AUM is the Street Lighting Maintenance Contractor for Miami -Dade County <br />Transit & Public Works Department for all +13,000 street lights on County and <br />FDOT maintained roadways north of NW 36 ST to the County Line, including <br />Miami Beach, Surfside, Sunny Isles Beach, Golden Beach and Key Biscayne. AUM is <br />ready and able to provide the City of Sunny Isles our expertise in the proposed <br />scope of work that is required for 'this contract. <br />
