Commence layout <br />and underground locates early to <br />identify any <br />conflicts or conditions for resolution with City/Engineer. <br />12. Discuss strategies the submitter will implement to ensure the project is kept on budget. <br />Unless per directive of Owner, Change Orders are not anticipated. Working closely with <br />CEI/City/Enginner for efficifient field resolution, avoiding lenghtly work delays and additional <br />rosoursces expended by City and Engineering firms. <br />13.
