Discuss what strategies the submitter will utilize to keep this project on schedule. <br />Expedite procurement schedule, to identify long lead items, preparing submittals prior <br />to start of project, working closely with distributer to make sure production is started ASAP. <br />Preparing light pole <br />locations prior to delivery <br />of poles and fixtures, including placement of <br />pre -cast bases, and <br />underground <br />conduit & wiring if conditions allow. Commence layout <br />and underground locates early to <br />identify any <br />conflicts or conditions for resolution with City/Engineer. <br />12. Discuss strategies the submitter will implement to ensure the project is kept on budget. <br />Unless per directive of Owner, Change Orders are not anticipated. Working closely with <br />CEI/City/Enginner for efficifient field resolution, avoiding lenghtly work delays and additional <br />rosoursces expended by City and Engineering firms. <br />13. Have you personally inspected the plans and location, are there any concerns that may <br />impede your performance on this project? <br />Yes. At the current time, we do not have any conerns regarding conditions that may impede performance. <br />14.
