CCC Project Approach/ Methodology <br />• After getting an award on this project CCC will apply for necessary permits at authoeized <br />county and city. As per plan reveiw we will need MOT permit, Engineering ROW permit <br />depending on the requirements of City, County & FDOT. <br />• Next step involved will be procurement of all the items that are involved in this project and <br />even before that subcontacting the work and providing executed subcontract to the City of <br />Sunny Isles Beach. <br />• After getting the preconstruction work done ie. Permits, contract documents, executed <br />subcontracts, CCC will mobilize at Location E14 to start installing conduits and light pole base <br />continuing at locations E15,E16,E17..etc. CCC will be begin with 2nd Phase of construction to <br />install light poles & light fixures. After lighting up new poles, CCC will begin with the 3rd Phase <br />of construction to demolition existing light poles. The expected schedule for the project <br />completion is 180 day. <br />• As this is residential area before mobilization to specific location CCC will distribute flyer in <br />neibourhood and place the MOT in advance notice of time.
