RFQ No. 20-10-01 Professional Engineering and Architectural Services for Pedestrian Bridge with Park Elements Across A1A at 174th St. CCNA
City of Sunny Isles Beach
120|
QUALIFICATION INFORMATION & ASSIGNED PERSONNEL E
TECHNOLOGICAL PROGRAMS
Technological programs that will be used for this project including computer aided design and drafting capabilities.
SOFiSTiK - Analysis Model
Autodesk Inventor - 3D Detail AutoCAD - 2D Production/Fabrication Detail
To deliver this project, the FINLEY Team will use a full 3D Bridge Integration Modeling (BrIM) for the seamless integration of
the critical design elements, geometric details, and the design and construction engineering deliverables. Two structural
design analysis models will be created. SOFiSTiK will be our primary structural analysis software and LUSAS will be the
secondary software used to back-check the computer results and verify the model behavior. FINLEY will use our extensive
experience in construction engineering to identify and anticipate possible construction issues in the design phase. We will
perform the design with consideration towards the construction means and methods, construction staging, equipment
and temporary works, and we will incorporate all these elements into a single full 3D integrated analysis model. Autodesk
Inventor and AutoCAD will be used to develop details and production drawings. Both structural analysis and production
models will be linked to improve quality, expedite the design phase, provide better visualization, and will greatly reduce
scheduling setbacks. FINLEY has been successful using this approach on several projects, including the US27/SR25/
Okeechobee Rd and SR826/Palmetto Expressway Interchange in Miami.
US27/SR25/Okeechobee Rd and SR826/Palmetto Expressway Interchange, Miami, Florida
