RFQ No. 20-10-01 Professional Engineering and Architectural Services for Pedestrian Bridge with Park Elements Across A1A at 174th St. CCNA <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />|15 <br />DPROJECT UNDERSTANDING & APPROACH <br />WORKFLOW, TENTATIVE SCHEDULE, AND COST ESTIMATION <br />• Following Notice To Proceed, the FINLEY Team will meet with the City of Sunny Isles Beach to discuss <br />the vision of the bridge/park, collect inputs and begin coordination for the geotechnical investigation. <br />• Early Aesthetic Package will be provided to the City of Sunny Isles Beach to confirm that the design meet <br />the desired vision. <br />• 30%, 60%, 90% and 100% design submissions following FDOT Design Manual. <br />• From the first day, we will bring Rick Espino, P.E. to work with the project team developing and <br />maintaining a realistic Cost Estimate and Schedule. <br />PERMITTING AND SCHEDULING <br />• Building permit submittal made after DRC approval <br />• List of Review Agencies: <br />• City of Sunny Isles - Building Department and Public Works Permit <br />• W.A.S.D (Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department) <br />• Miami-Dade Fire Department <br />• SFWMD <br />• DERM (Department of Environmental Resource Management) <br />• Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) <br />• City of North Miami Beach Water Department <br />• UAOs <br />• FDOT <br />FINLEY Team is proposing an expedited permitting procedure to reduce the overall project timeline of 4 - 5 months.
