UNDERSTANDING OF SCOPE OF SERVICES This project includes design and permitting of an architecturally unique Bridge Park crossing. The bridge will include access via stairs and elevators within abutting towers. An amphitheater type seating feature at the east side of the bridge allows users to view events in Samson Oceanfront Park. There will be landscaping and hardscaping features on the bridge, along with lighting, irrigation, and safety features. In partnership with the City and FDOT, the H&H team will ensure that the processes necessary to deliver and commission a fully constructed Bridge Park are executed to current safety and quality standards. Primary Services To successfully deliver a complete Bridge Park facility, we will manage and coordinate processes and subconsultants to provide the following services identified in the RFP: 1. Survey 2. Geotechnical 3. Structural 4. Mechanical 5. Electrical 6. Hydraulic 7. Hydrogeological 8. Civil 9. Lighting 10. Permitting 11. Plumbing 12. Environmental 13. Irrigation 14. Landscaping 15. Traffic 16. Construction Bid Assistance 17. Value Engineering 18. Construction Project Control 19. Construction Administration/Inspection* 20. FDOT cultural resource assessments * During the original pre-proposal meeting, this service was identified to be in a separate contract.
