<br />UNDERSTANDING OF SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />This project includes design and permitting of an architecturally unique Bridge Park crossing. The bridge <br />will include access via stairs and elevators within abutting towers. An amphitheater type seating feature <br />at the east side of the bridge allows users to view events in Samson Oceanfront Park. There will be <br />landscaping and hardscaping features on the bridge, along with lighting, irrigation, and safety features. In <br />partnership with the City and FDOT, the H&H team will ensure that the processes necessary to deliver and <br />commission a fully constructed Bridge Park are executed to current safety and quality standards. <br />Primary Services <br />To successfully deliver a complete Bridge Park facility, we will manage and coordinate processes and <br />subconsultants to provide the following services identified in the RFP: <br />1.
