Miller Legg provided the preparation <br />and permitting of drainage plans to collect under the new drain systems <br />installed as part of the project, as well as surveying services. In addition, <br />construction observation was provided to verify compliance with the plans <br />and for the certification of the project through regulatory agencies. <br />25.
