(RJ Behar) led this renovation effort for <br />the Samson Ocean Front Park located at 17400 Collins Avenue within <br />the City of Sunny Isles. <br />This project involved the design and permitting of a sanitary sewer <br />grinder pump with connection to Dade County Facilities. Additionally, <br />it included the design and permitting for a new driveway access from a <br />Florida Department of Transportation road, Collins Avenue. The <br />project included architectural plans for the addition of two bathroom <br />stalls, full plumbing and electrical upgrades. The landscaping in the <br />park was enhanced and a new stage installed on the site.
