<br />Leaders and Doers <br />Project Manager: Henri Sinson, PE, is the Sunrise Office Manager. In his 22 years at <br />H&H, Henri has designed and managed major FDOT and local government bridges <br />from study through construction. His extensive FDOT bridge design and delivery <br />process experience along with local government entities seeking federal funds. As <br />Project Manager, Henri will be responsible for coordination and oversight of the <br />design disciplines and subconsultants.
