As PIO for the prime contractor, Americaribe-Moriarty Joint Venture, Ms. Weinberg led and sucessfully <br />delivered all internal and external communications with the hundreds of employees and numerous residential and commercial project stakeholders. <br />2021 <br />Impact Mitigation <br />Impact Mitigation <br />2021 <br />Seritage Growth Properties' Esplanade at Aventura sits on the former Sears Aventura site on 195th Street and U.S.1. The 12-acre private project <br />and latest development in the city brings two levels of underground parking the six new buildings of open-air, luxury retail, entertainment, <br />dining and commercial businessness. Unilt the project construction paused in 2020 due to COVID, Ms. Weinberg's role has focused on agency <br />coordination with the county, FPL and AT&T activities coordination, and stakeholder management issues to mitigate any potential schedule and <br />budget impact. <br />2025 <br />The $1B Project Scope entailed widening of the MacArthur Causeway, addition/development of two lanes of traffic on the MacArthur bridge for tunnel access <br />and construction of twin tubes underneath Government Cut (Biscayne Bay), the latter of which demanded the hauling of over 400,000 cy of excavated soil via <br />a temporary overhead structure on the MacArthur Causeway. As PIO for the prime contractor, Bouygues, Ms. Weinberg led and successfully delivered all <br />internal and external project communications with thousands of employees and numerous stakeholders, ensuring project trust with all concerned, <br />particularly public agencies and the client: Florida Department of Transporation, Miami-Dade and City of Miami. <br />The Port of Miami Tunnel, Miami, Florida <br />Brickell City Centre, Miami, Florida <br />Esplanade at Aventura Project, Aventura, FL <br />The Shoppes at Westland Mall, Hialeah, FL <br />Site C Clean Energy Project, Fort St. John, BC, Canada PIO Technical Review / Safety Campaign <br />Peace River Hydro Partners Joint Venture (PRHP), the prime contractor for this $2B-CAN third dam and hydroelectric generating station on the <br />Peace River in BC retained Ms. Weinberg for technical review and assistance with its monthly construction progress report for its public entity <br />client, the indigenous and wildlife stakeholders impact mitigation plan review, and the development of a Safety Campaign, which she titled "I'm <br />Dam Safe" and also trained 30 project managers to train their employees on project safety. Dam construction is still underway and this <br />contract ran from April 2017 to December 2018. <br />Seritage Growth Properites' Shoppes at Westland Mall sits on the former Sears Hialeah site on West 49th Street and 16th Avenue. <br />This private development will complement the existing Westland Mall with new, luxury retail, entertainment and dining businesses. <br />Until the project paused due to COVID concerns in 2020, Ms. Weinberg's role has focused on city and county agency coordination <br />for mitigation of potential schedule and budget impact to the project.
