SUNNY ISSs <br />° TERMINATION OF A LOCAL EMERGENCY <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA <br />hF 'D• FLa`OQ a' <br />d <br />TY OF 9UN P <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 29 of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Code, the City <br />Manager hereby finds that: <br />Due to the passing of Tropical Storm Eta, the City of Sunny Isles Beach is no longer facing <br />dangerous conditions of sufficient severity and magnitude to warrant coordinated local <br />government action to prevent or alleviate the damage, loss, hardship or suffering threatened or <br />caused thereby. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the State of Local <br />Emergency declared by the City Manager on Sunday, November 8, 2020, is terminated as of <br />Tuesday, November 10, 2020. <br />Dated: 0 ( l0 ?P10 P II:S1f.0& <br />By <br />Christopher J.
