signatory is not one of the officers listed on the State Certificate, the respondent must <br />provide one of the following forms of evidence of Signatory Authority with its response: <br />a.A copy of firm’s Articles of Incorporation listing the approved signatories of the <br />corporation; <br />b.A copy of a resolution listing the members of staff as authorized signatories for the <br />firm; and <br />c.A letter from a corporate officer listing the members of staff that are authorized <br />signatories for the firm. <br /> 7. Litigation History <br />CONTRACTOR shall provide a summary of any litigation or arbitration that the <br />CONTRACTOR, its parent company or its subsidiaries have been engaged in or are currently <br />engaged in, during the past five (5) years against or involving (1)any public entity in <br />Florida for any amount (2) any private entity for an amount greater than $100,000. The <br />summary shall state the nature of the litigation or arbitration, a brief description of the <br />case, the outcome or projected outcome, and the monetary amounts involved.
