No. PZ2021-01 <br />K.XV19]uJ ,l4Bff-ULL`E <br />This item is presented for the approval of the City Commission <br />REASONS: <br />The Applicant, Century Towers Associates, LLP, are the developers of <br />the Las Marinas Project located at 100-200-300 Kings Point Drive. The <br />Applicant submitted an application to the City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />requesting to place three (3) temporary banners, the north and south <br />are 800 sq ft each and the east is 1,600 sq ft. The Applicant is also <br />requesting that the City extend the maximum allowable time frame of <br />one (1) year to two (2) years from the date of approval, for the <br />placement of the temporary banners. The three (3) banners are <br />required to be placed according to plans submitted with this application <br />and the banners cannot be relocated. If approved, the banners must be <br />removed no later than two (2) years from the date of the approval <br />unless an extension is provided by City Manager or designee. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Description <br />Resolution <br />145 <br />
