Section 10. Amendment to Chapter 125 of the City Code. Chapter 125 of the City Code is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Chapter 125 - CHILD RESTRAINT DEVICES <br />ARTICLE I - Car Rental Companies <br />§ 125-1. - County Code amendments. <br />C. Sec. 8A-5. In addition to any other penalties provided by law, a violation of any provision of <br />this article by a rental car company located within the corporate limits of Sunny Isles Beach shall <br />constitute a civil offense punishable by the applicable civil penalty provided in the Schedule of <br />Civil Penalties. In the event that a rental car company utilizes a third party to make available <br />approved child restraint devices, and the third party fails to make available to renters the required <br />child restraint devices, the rental car company shall be subject to the applicable civil penalties <br />provided for in this section. The provisions of this article shall be enforced by the <br />Enfereement and bieensing Department pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City's Code of <br />Ordinances. <br />Section 11. Amendment to Chapter 129 of the City Code. Chapter 129 of the City Code is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Chapter 129 - COMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES <br />ARTICLE I - Wireless Telecommunications Antennas <br />§ 129-9. - Permits. <br />(7) Notarized statement that applicant shall notify all other telecommunications providers <br />known to applicant and City of the permit application at time application is accepted by the <br />Zoning Planning Development Services and Building Departments. <br />§ 129-11. - Inspection. <br />The Zoning, Planning Development Services and Building Departments may require periodic <br />inspections of communication towers and antennas to ensure structural and electrical integrity <br />and compliance with the South Florida Building Code, as amended, the City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />Code, as may be developed, and other applicable codes and regulations. Communication <br />monopole towers shall be inspected once every five years. All other towers shall be inspected <br />once every two years by a Florida -licensed engineer and the results shall certify structural and <br />electrical integrity to be submitted to the Zoning, Plann rR Development Services and Building <br />15 <br />
