Planning and Development Services Director, substantially alters the proposed <br />development and/or which increases in degree any nonconformity. <br />§ 265-4. - Official Zoning Map. <br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach is divided into zones or districts, as shown on the Official Zoning <br />Map and described in the LDRs. The Zoning Map, together with all explanatory matter thereon, <br />shall be considered a part of the LDRs. The Zoning Map is the official record of zoning status of <br />areas within the City. A copy shall be maintained in the Zoning, Planning and Building <br />Development Services Department. <br />ARTICLE II - Definitions and Rules of Construction <br />§ 265-5. - Definitions. <br />ZONING, nr A rnNING AND BUILDING DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIRECTOR — Shall <br />be the director of the Department ofZoning, Planning and Building Development Services <br />Department or the designee as appointed by the City Manager. <br />§ 265-6. - Rules of construction. <br />In the interpretation of the language of these LDRs, the rules set out in this section shall be <br />observed unless such construction would be inconsistent with the manifest intent of the City <br />Commission. <br />A. Generally. <br />L. Boundaries. Interpretations regarding boundaries of zoning districts shown on the Official <br />Zoning Map shall be made in accordance with the following: <br />(8) Interpretation of uncertainties.
