B. Review of variance request. The Planning and Zoning Development Services Department <br />shall review the application to evaluate whether the application is complete. If the application <br />is complete, the Department shall cause the application to be scheduled for a public hearing <br />within 30 days of the receipt of the application. Public notice for the public hearing before the <br />City Commission shall be provided pursuant to § 265-11 of the Land Development <br />Regulations. <br />§ 265-63.2. - Violations and penalties. <br />A. The Planning and Zoning Development Services Director, and the Chief Building Official, <br />the rode Enr^rwmet4 and r ,mein, D -eeter shall be authorized to enforce the provisions of <br />this chapter and, pursuant to said authorization, shall be empowered to enforce as permitted <br />by law all violations of this chapter. <br />§ 265-63.3. - Construction fencing. <br />A. Temporary construction fencing. No person or entity shall install or construct a temporary <br />construction fence in this City without first obtaining a permit from the City's Building <br />Department. Each fence constructed or maintained shall be constructed and anchored in <br />accordance with the Florida Building Code. <br />B. Permitted fences. <br />(4) However, chain-link fences with canvas (or similar material) backing or meshing may <br />be permitted on the side and rear property line, provided they are neatly designed and <br />maintained as approved by the Building and Zoning Development Services and Building <br />Departments. <br />C. Prohibited fences. <br />(2) Chain-link fences with canvas (or similar material) backing or meshing may be <br />permitted to be utilized as a temporary construction fence for a period of no longer than <br />18 months in the R-1 and R-TH Zones, provided they are neatly designed and maintained <br />as approved by the Building and Zoning Development Services Departments. <br />L. Enforcement and penalties.
