(9) Dead-end streets (culs-de-sac). Dead-end streets exceeding 150 feet, shall terminate in <br />a circular turnaround having a minimum right-of-way radius of 50 feet and pavement <br />radius of 40 feet. At the end of temporary dead-end streets a temporary turnaround with <br />a pavement radius of 38 feet shall be provided, unless the Zoning, Planning and Bttikfing <br />Development Services Director approves an alternate arrangement. <br />Section 35. Amendment to Chapter 267 of the City Code. Chapter 267 of the City Code is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Chapter 267 - ZONING FEES <br />ARTICLE I - Zoning Hearing Fees <br />§ 267-1. - Adoption of Fee Schedule attached as Exhibit A. <br />The revised Building, Planning and Zoning Fee Schedule, attached hereto as Exhibit A, shall <br />hereby become effective for the City of Sunny Isles Beach. Planning and zoning services fall <br />within the purview of the Development Services Department. <br />§ 267-2. - Adoption of revised fees. <br />A. Ordinance No. 99-74 is hereby amended to include the revised Zoning Hearings and Certificate <br />of Use Fee Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A, which shall become effective for the City of <br />Sunny Isles Beach upon adoption after second reading. <br />B.
