B. Definitions. For the purposes of this section the following definitions shall be effective: <br />QUASIJUDICIAL PERSONNEL — Refers to the members of a Board of Adjustment, if so <br />created, the Commission, a Code Enforcement Board or Special Master--Magistrate(s),L a <br />Nuisance Abatement Board, if so created, and such other individuals, boards and agencies of the <br />City as perform quasi-judicial functions. <br />Section 4. Amendment to Chapter 85 of the Cites Chapter 85 of the City Code is hereby <br />amended to read as follows <br />Chapter 85 - VOIDING OF OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS <br />ARTICLE II - Civil Violation Notice, Citation, Ticket or Fine <br />85-3. - Unlawful voiding of civil violation notice, citation, ticket or fine. <br />It shall be unlawful for any elected or appointed official or employee of the City, to cancel, null <br />or void any civil violation notice, citation, ticket or fine which may be issued by the City's <br />Enfer-eement Department pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City's Code of Ordinances; provided, <br />however, that when it shall appear to the officer issuing such summons, citation or ticket, that an <br />issuance was made through error or misunderstanding of the facts or law, such code <br />enforcement officers shall be entitled to void this summons, citation or ticket utilizing procedures <br />set forth in this article. <br />Section 5. Amendment to Chapter 96 of the City Code. Chapter 96 of the City Code is hereby <br />amended to read as follows <br />Chapter 96 - ALARM SYSTEMS <br />§ 96-3. - Definitions. <br />As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated: <br />ALARM ADMINISTRATOR — The Director of the <br />Development Services Department or his/her designee, who shall administer, control and review <br />alarm registrations and false alarm notifications. <br />
