If the Contractor transfers all public records to the City upon <br />completion of the contract, the Contractor shall destri)'v any duplicate public records that are <br />exempt or confidential and exempt from public records disclosure requirements. If the Contractor <br />keeps and maintains public records upon completion of the contract, the Contractor sliall meet all <br />applicable requirements for rotaining public records. COMPLIANCE WITH THE CONTRACT WORK HOURS ANI.) SAFETY <br />S'I ANI)ARDS ACT. During the: performance of'this contract. the Contractor agrees as follows: <br />(1) Overtime requirements.
