The fibilowing access to records requirements apply to this <br />contract: <br />(1) The contrttctor agrees to provide Florida Division of Emergency ManaLement, 'fhe City <br />of Sunny.lsles Beach, the FMMA Administrator. the C.omptrolier General of the United <br />States; or any Ol'their authorized representatives access to any books, ducunicnts, <br />papers: and records of the Contractor which are directly pertinent to this contract for the <br />purposes of making audits, examinations,, excerpts, and transcriptions. <br />(2) The Contractor agrees to per7nit any of the fbrceoing parties to reproduce by any means <br />whatsoever or to copy excerpts and transcriptions as reasonably needed. <br />Q t) The contractor agrees to provide the FP..MA Administrator or his authorized <br />re prosentatives access to construction or other work sites pertaining, to the work being <br />completed under the contract." <br />1.29. Contractor shall comply with all laws, regulations and <br />ordinances of anv federal, slate, or local govrrmne-Mal authority having jurisdiction WiElt respect <br />to this Aarecrrtent (` Applicablc Laws') and shall obtain and maintain any and all material permits. <br />licenses, approvals and consents necessary for the. lawful conduct ul'the activities contemplated <br />under this Agreement. <br />1.31.
