SERVICES. Contractor shall provide Emergency Debris Clearing,, Management, and <br />Ilernovai Operations as the primary Contractor for services pursuant to the ten -ns and conditions <br />set Barth in the: Request for Proposal 18-04-02 and Attachment "'A". Contractor shall perform the <br />Services under the general direction of the City and shall furnish all labor; materials, supplies, <br />equipment, supCrvision and services necessary for and incident to the perforrltartcc of the <br />Sendces, except as otherwise noted in the specifications. By sinning this Agrccment, the <br />Contractor represents that it thoroughly reviewed the Contract Documents inc•oiponated into this <br />Agreement and that it accepts the Services and the conditions under which the Services are to be <br />performed. <br />1.3. QUALIFICATIONS.
