Y. CrowderGulf, LLC, et al.: CrowderGulf is cumandy defending a lawsuit filed by certain individuals <br />who performed for subcontractors of CrowderGulf work during a waterway debris removal project fallowing Hurricane <br />Sandy in the central region of New Jersey. The iadivldual plaintiffs have taken the position that CrowderGulf violated <br />prevailing wage laws by no! paying a prevailing wage for the work performed.
