• Vendor must be available to provide up to 15 pieces of different equipment on the following <br />dates (dates shown are actual 2021 scheduled dates with standards for future years). Dates <br />may change, and events may be eliminated altogether, due to weather or other <br />circumstances, such as COVID-19. Vendor will not be considered if not available to meet <br />needs for the dates below. <br />o April 3, 2021 <br />o June 13, 2021 <br />o July 31, 2021 <br />o October 29 & 30, 2021 <br />o November 27, 2021 <br />Egg Scramble — Saturday before Easter <br />City Anniversary — Mid June <br />Summer Celebration —July/August <br />Halloween — End of October <br />Winter Fest— Late November/Early December <br />• Meet insurance requirements as listed in section 2.10 <br />2.7 METHOD OF AWARD <br />Contractors will be evaluated by relevant experience, preferably with local government agencies, <br />or non-profit organizations, successful past performance, vendor's billing, price and safety <br />procedures in place. Vendors) shall be recommended for award either by item, group, or for the <br />entirety of all bid items, as deemed in the best interest of the City. The City Manager may also <br />reject all proposals received. Section 62-8 of the City Code provides that the City may consider the <br />following: <br />■ The ability, capacity and skill of the vendor to perform the Contract. <br />■ The character, integrity, reputation, judgment, experience and efficiency of the vendor. <br />■ The quality of performance of previous contracts with the City and references. <br />■ The previous and existing compliance by the vendor with laws and ordinances relating to <br />the Contract. <br />No contract will be awarded to, any person who is in arrears to the City of Sunny Isles Beach, upon <br />any debt or contract, or who has defaulted, as surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to any <br />public agency, or who is deemed irresponsible or unreliable by the City Commission of the City of <br />Sunny Isles Beach, in its sole discretion. <br />The vendor can propose equipment/services for award by the following group categories: <br />Group A — Inflatable Rides <br />All inflatable amenities must be safely stabilized using water barrels, sandbags, or other <br />types of non -staking tie down system. If electricity is required for operation of an amenity <br />or attraction contractor must use a generator. Onsite supervision will be required. Staff <br />must be clean, neat with their appearance and must be in an identifiable uniform shirt <br />provided by the contractor. Staff must remain in the specific area of the Inflatable and <br />must enforce all safety procedures for participants using the amenity or attraction at all <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach I Request for Proposals No. 20-12-01 ��'.' <br />
