JF 5oa P <br />SECTION 4 <br />Evaluation Process <br />4.1 Review of Proposals for Responsiveness <br />Each proposal will be reviewed to determine if the proposal is responsive to the submission requirements <br />outlined in the solicitation. A responsive proposal is one which follows the requirements of this solicitation <br />that includes all documentation, is submitted in the format outlined in this solicitation, is of timely <br />submission, and has the appropriate signatures as required on each document. Failure to comply with <br />these requirements may result in the proposal being deemed non -responsive. The City reserves the right <br />to select the Contractor who represents the best value, and to accept or reject any proposal submitted in <br />response to this solicitation. <br />EVALUATION METHOD AND CRITERIA <br />The City will consider the following factors below in evaluating the qualifications of the vendors: <br />1. <br />Previous successful experience with event rides/games activities services. <br />2. <br />Vendor possesses all appropriate licenses, certificates, insurances required to do <br />business in the State of Florida. <br />3. <br />i. The ability, capacity, skill, and organization of the Contractor to perform and <br />support the needs and objectives within the scope of work as proposed. <br />ii. The character, integrity, reputation, judgment, experience of Contractor. <br />iii. The schedule and availability of the Contractor; to include response time. <br />iv. Financial stability. <br />v. The Current and projected workload of the Contractor; to include current <br />contracts with other government entities. <br />4. <br />Price Schedule <br />4.2 Price Evaluation <br />The price proposal should include all components of specifications provided. It shall be evaluated <br />subjectively in combination with the qualifications provided, including an evaluation of how well it matches <br />Contractor's understanding of the City's needs described in this solicitation, the Contractor's assumptions, <br />and the value of the proposed services. The pricing evaluation is used as part of the evaluation process. <br />The City reserves the right to negotiate the final terms, conditions and pricing of the contract as may be <br />in the best interest of the City. <br />4.3 Negotiations <br />The City may award a contract on the basis of initial offers received, without discussions. Therefore, each <br />initial offer should contain the Contractor's best terms from a monetary and technical standpoint. <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach I Request for Proposals No. 20-12-01 " <br />
