Londono, HR & Risk Management Director <br />DATE: 4/15/2021 <br />RE: NEOGOV Software Solutions <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the City Commission adopt this resolution <br />authorizing the City Manager to execute a five-year contract, with <br />NEOGOV, Inc. to provide online hiring and onboarding software <br />services to the City in an amount not to exceed $75,120.68. <br />REASONS: <br />For well over 10 years, the City has partnered with NEOGOV to <br />provide online job posting software services to the City. The City has <br />used Insight module to post jobs, process applications, track <br />applicants and schedule interviews. The City also utilizes the <br />Onboarding module for new hires, which allows us to process hiring <br />documents online for newly hired employees, and then transition the <br />information into the City's current Human Resources systems. This <br />reduces the amount of duplicative information that an applicant has to <br />type and allows the City to electronically process the information. <br />This will be a five-year contract to lock in the rates instead of paying <br />for substantial annual increases. Historically, the City would renew <br />each year by paying the annual amount, but there was no official <br />contract in place. <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br />NEOGOV is an industry standard for hiring software. Their customer <br />lists span the entire United States, and the City has successfully used <br />them for many years. The services provided by NEOGOV will allow <br />the City to take an applicant from application to hiring with integration <br />into the City's HR system in a quick and effortless process.
