With Multiple pole <br />décor options to choose from, we are sure to bring the holiday spirit in the upcoming <br />years <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br />Nicholas Caine -Project Manager <br /> <br />• Nicholas Caine, Founder and current president overseas all aspects of projects from <br />design to implementation. Nicholas has the knowledge and experience to bring <br />individuals together to create one-of-a-kind holidays displays. Nicholas Main goal is Our <br />rigorous training which starts in August and runs throughout the season, Service is our <br />number one priority. Nicholas Caine will be the main point of contact on this project. <br />Nicholas has spent countless hours working with the entire team to create this proposal. <br /> <br />Nicholas Bilbao -Install Manager <br />• Nicholas Bilbao, From the time our pieces get approved, his role comes into play <br />ensuring all décor pieces have been maintained, manufactured and ready for install. Our <br />Install Manager is responsible for pre installation inspections, creating installation plans, <br />overseeing the installs and all quality control inspections We have countless Install crews <br />that are all run by our install manager , after each project is complete he works directly <br />with our maintenance manager Alejandro to ensure everything is up and running, directly <br />communicating with city officials of any updates. Nicholas is on Call 24/7 to answer any <br />of our clients’ questions and or concerns. He then provides a final green light and final <br />install checklist once each project is complete. <br /> <br />Santiago Acosta -Lead Designer <br /> <br />• Santiago is responsible for the creation and fabrication of all out custom displays and 3D <br />elements, Santiago overseas and directs a team of designers to ensure all Light Er Up Mia <br />décor meets our extremely high-quality standards while still bringing a one-of-a-kind <br />display to your project. <br /> <br />Gina Del Valle - Director of Operations <br /> <br />• Gina is Responsible to make sure all aspects of our company are running to allow us to <br />create these one-of-a-kind displays. Gina has managed crews of up to 200 employees at a <br />time bringing everyone together and becoming a team player to meet deadlines. Light Er <br />Up runs 3 eight our shifts to ensure we have crews ready at all times to meet any last- <br />minute deadlines. <br /> <br /> <br />
