<br /> <br />7 - Availability <br /> MCL is conscientious of our current workload and cautious to never over stress our company resources, <br /> diminishing our service. Our time tested methodology has proven it is important to account for asset, <br /> equipment and personnel limitations as to not overload operational capacity. MCL has addressed this <br /> concern through our proprietary software which calculates our workload against equipment, <br /> management, and seasonal resources to project capacity limitations. MCL has built an impeccable <br /> reputation for its commitment to quality, timely holiday services through its capacity awareness, declining <br />  business we can't adequately service. <br /> <br /> After an intense review of the city's RFP, MCL feels confident that we will be able to easily fulfill the Scope <br /> of Work within the timeline. Our current contracted workload represents 58% of our maximum capacity <br /> based on the current equipment and staffing. Adding the city of Sunny Isles Beach's project workload to <br /> our current book of business will increase our workload approximately 7%. This will bring our 2021 <br /> workload up to 65% ensuring MCL has the resources to successfully execute the project. MCL operates <br /> on a first come first serve basis. When our maximum workload capacity reaches 95%, MCL no longer <br /> takes on new accounts, with our sole focus on executing the accounts contracted and keeping our <br />  promised service. <br /> <br /> MCL balances budget restrictions and production deadlines with local, regional and world-wide <br /> manufacturing capabilities. Over the years, MCL has built a vast network of fabrication partners, each <br /> thoroughly vetted to ensure production quality. In addition, MCL has its own production facility at its <br /> Miami Gardens location to produce specialized, one-off or time sensitive items. Depending on the final <br /> Scope of Work selected by Sunny Isles Beach, MCL will review the best vendors to execute production. <br /> MCL's multi-teared production strategy enables MCL to produce with the supplier providing the best lead <br /> time, quality, price, and overall value for Sunny Isles Beach's decor. <br /> <br />South Florida Lighting Team, LLC DBA Miami Christmas Lights.
