<br /> MCL was founded in 2008 to provide dependable, comprehensive, turn-key holiday projects to
<br /> municipalities and commercial clients throughout the state of Florida. Our complete décor management
<br /> service, coupled with our world-class design team has fueled MCL’s growth over the past decade,
<br /> catapulting MCL to South Florida's premiere holiday vendor. Having serviced thousands of municipal and
<br /> commercial properties around the state over the years, we are excited to begin our 14th season. We have
<br /> the proactive culture, design expertise, operational excellence, local proximity, proprietary lighting system,
<br /> required equipment and proven leadership to execute the scope of work provided in the RFP. We look
<br /> forward to having the opportunity to serve the city of Sunny Isles Beach.
<br /> Over the years, MCL is proud to have prominent municipal and commercial clients such as city of Miami
<br /> Beach, Miami International Airport, 600 Brickell World Center, city of Fort Lauderdale, Hard Rock Hotel and
<br /> Casino, Disney, town of Surfside, village of Bal Harbour, shops of Bal Harbour, city of Sunny Isles, Orlando
<br /> International Airport and many others. Each project referenced required design, fabrication, installation,
<br /> maintenance, and removal. Many unique and memorable projects, like 600 Brickell World Center, which
<br /> includes a 40 foot, 6000 lb wreath that hangs 100 feet from the ground, were so complex, that the only
<br /> viable vendor was MCL. Our 20 foot sand-snowman, Olas, is an engineering feat, designed to withstand
<br /> 50 mph winds. MCL pioneered RGB light shows in South Florida with the Symphony of Lights 50 foot RGB
<br /> Christmas tree at Gulfstream Racetrack. This dazzling holiday experience has over 54,000 individually
<br /> programmed lights to create a one-of-a-kind unique holiday experience. Through our expert knowledge
<br /> and vast experience in lighting, design, engineering, production, installation and project management,
<br /> MCL was successful at providing an on-time reliable, holiday display.
<br /> For almost a decade, MCL has lead the industry with viral, attention grabbing, photogenic displays. MCL
<br /> design team is not only experts in developing creative displays, but strategically positions names, brands,
<br /> and hashtags to maximize awareness and drive traffic to locations. Numerous displays have been
<br /> featured on traditional media platforms such as national television broadcasts, local publications as well
<br /> as hundreds of thousands of social media posts. The value created by social awareness produces
<br /> tremendous return on investment for our clients.
<br /> MCL is based out of a 15,000 square foot, climate controlled facility in Miami Gardens, Florida, providing a
<br /> centralized hub only 7 miles from the city of Sunny Isles Beach. We operate a fleet of company owned
<br /> vehicles and equipment, including 5 trucks, 3 lifts, 4 bucket trucks, 2 trailers and flatbeds ensuring
<br /> complete control over necessary equipment. MCL also has long standing relationships with equipment
<br /> providers throughout the state; in the event MCL does not own the required equipment for the project,
<br /> MCL can easily rent the equipment needed to complete the project. Based on the city of Sunny Isles
<br /> Beach's scope of work listed in the RFP, MCL believes it owns ample equipment to complete the project
<br /> prior to the deadline.
<br />MCL's Operations department consists of an operation manager, account manager, field manager,
<br /> electricians, heavy equipment technicians, and installation technicians. During our seasonal activities,
<br /> MCL employs a robust, but efficient team of 45 - 65 team members in addition to our permanent staff.
<br /> MCL is unique among holiday decor service companies as we employ a full-time electrician as well as
<br /> certified MOT (Maintenance of Traffic) technician as part of our seasonal team. Having a full-time
