He quickly showed skills as a manager and is today a key member of <br />the team, providing training and overseeing operations of lighting installations. Became a full-time employee at Holiday Illumination in 2001 with a focus on <br />small commercial and municipal jobs as well as targeting the shopping center market. The <br />summertime was spent working at the landscaping and general maintenance company also <br />ran by Leonard. In 2008 Holiday Illuminations merged with Christmas Designers and he <br />tools on the responsibilities of helping to oversee the Rivera Beach Office including crew <br />management, operation coordinator and the custom fabrication shop.
