A merged partnership of 2 <br />professional commercial holiday decorating companies in the State of Florida, Christmas <br />Designers 40+ years in business and Holiday Illuminations 25+ years in business. <br />Our South Florida offices, located in both Broward and Palm Beach county, consist of 33 year- <br />round employees and approximately 130 seasonal employees with a fleet of 40 truck vehicles <br />during season. We are committed to perform the scope of work with efficiency and on -schedule <br />as seen in the past. <br />Christmas Designers has performed specified work in the City of Sunny Isles Beach before and <br />is familiar with the locations and areas listed in this RFP No. 21-03-01. We feel that we have <br />developed a beautiful program and are the most experienced company to perform the scope of <br />work. With experience working for and within the City of Sunny Isles Beach we are committed <br />to performing all work within the required dates as stated in this RFP. We also take service very <br />seriously and have a dedicated Service Department working proactively to stay on top of all <br />potential issues to reduce the City's need to call for service, if not eliminate it entirely. We also <br />only use commercial grade light sets and bulbs which minimizes outages. <br />Our staff led by Kevin Long (Member) and Leonard Schulz (Member) are; Joe Campbell <br />(Project Manager/Director of Sales); John Catenaci (Designer); Chris Rapuzzi (Lighting <br />Manager); Donald Howell (Operation Coordinator) and Jorgen Tenor (Office Manager) all of <br />whom are qualified and responsible for representing Florida CDI, LLC.
