FOR form letter notarized, plans signed and sealed for <br />electronic permit submittal emailed at 7:OOPM <br />2/23/21--Call from Contractor, additional requirement for a Narrative letter from Engineer for inspector outlining Scope of Work. <br />Letter completed, signed and sealed, emailed to Contractor at 11:45AM.
