<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach |Request for Proposal No. 21-06-01 19 <br /> <br />SECTION 4 <br />EVALUATION PROCESS <br /> <br />4.1 REVIEW OF PROPOSALS FOR RESPONSIVENESS <br /> <br />Each proposal will be reviewed to determine if the proposal is responsive to the submission <br />requirements outlined in the solicitation. A responsive proposal is one which follows the <br />requirements of this solicitation: that includes all documentation, submitted in the format <br />outlined in this solicitation, of timely submission, and has the appropriate signatures as <br />required on each document. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the <br />proposal being deemed non-responsive. <br /> <br />4.2 QUALIFICATIONS <br /> <br />Proposals shall be evaluated by the following criteria: <br /> <br />Technical Qualifications <br />1. Proposer’s relevant experience, qualifications and past performance, including at <br />least three (3) examples of similar outdoor experiential activations. Each example <br />should include a case study, timeline, budget breakdown, and photos. <br />2. Site plan showing all components of the Experiential Activation in the park, <br />including considerations for safety and accessibility. <br />3. Proposers approach methodology to providing the services requested in this <br />solicitation, including marketing and promotional plan, and fee structure for guests <br />of activation. <br />4. Methodology for providing, training and supervising personnel for Experiential <br />Activation (to include a quality assurance plan) to ensure a unique and excellent <br />customer experience for all in attendance. <br />Artistic Creativity <br />5. Creativity of proposal and design elements, providing a unique and high quality <br />experience for residents and visitors of Sunny Isles Beach. <br />Price <br />6. Cost breakdown of goods & services to be provided (including financial obligations <br />of the City). <br />7. Financial Projections (expenses and revenues), including revenue share to the City. <br /> <br /> 4.2.1 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION <br /> <br />In order to be considered, Proposers shall provide sufficient information including drawings <br />or illustrations to demonstrate the proposers artistic creativity and style portraying a <br />distinctive image for the City of Sunny Isles Beach (submission shall not be limited to the <br />information below).
