City of Sunny Isles Beach |Request for Proposal No. 21-06-01 28 ATTACHMENT A – COMPENSATION Submit an all-inclusive cost statement for providing the services indicated in Section 3.0 Scope of Services, noting payment terms, such as initial deposit and payment schedule per Project phase, if applicable. Itemize fees, expenses and any optional costs separately. Proposer may provide additional supporting documents as needed but include the total all-inclusive cost statement in Table 1 below.
