Seasonal Experiential Activation RFP No. 21-06-01 <br />Winterland <br />VILLAGES <br />1.3 TECHNICAL METHODOLOGY & APPROACHES <br />METHODOLOGY OF ASSEMBLY <br /> 1. Arrival of the rink and all orther elements ne cessary for the <br /> Winterland Village of Sunny Isles Beach. <br /> 2. Connect the chiller. <br /> 3. Set up the icemats and collectors. <br /> 4. Install icemats. <br /> 5. Setup an initial pressure of 2.5 bar for icemat control. <br /> 6. Check the icemat pressure. <br /> 7. Fill the water circuit by covering open buffers with ethylene glycol. <br /> (food grade) from tanks.. <br /> 8. Start the chiller and get the temperature down to 6.8° <br /> 9. Commission and start water to create the ice. <br />10. Fit the railing. <br />11. Ensure levels of ice thickness. <br />12. Design the City of Sunny Isles Beach logo in the ice. <br />13. Build ice until ready for skating. <br />14. Finalize and implement a site safety zones. <br />15. Open the Village & enjoy Skating on the ice. <br />METHODOLOGY OF INTERVENTION FOR DISASSEMBLY <br /> 1. Starting the day after operations ceased, we turn off all equipment. <br /> 2. Melt the ice. <br /> 3. Recover all ethylene glycol (food grade) in tanks. <br /> 4. Remove guardrails. <br /> 5. Dismantle track and collectors. <br /> 6. Repack all the equipment. <br /> 7. Load and departure site until next year. <br />* The chiller can be delivered ahead of this schedule if needed. <br />** While operating, we have teams on call 24/7 ready to act if necessary. <br />*** Installation of equipment supervised by three (3) technicians. <br />**** Eight (8) people during three (3) days are needed to install. <br />***** Eight (8) people during two (2) days are needed to install. <br />20
