Russo, City Manager <br />Derrick Arias, Chief Information Officer <br />June 17, 2021 <br />Approving Expenditure of Budgeted Funds for the Lease a TOSHIBA <br />Copier for Gateway Park <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of this Resolution. <br />REASONS: <br />The Cultural and Community Services Department has requested a copier staff use at Gateway Park. <br />On September 17th, 2021, the City Commission approved the lease of three (3) photocopiers a! <br />replacements for the outdated copiers in the Government Center and the Public Works office. Staff is <br />requesting the expenditure of budgeted funds for the lease of an additional copier for Gateway Park, <br />in a total amount not to exceed $13,272.00. <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br />The three (3) copiers previously approved by the City Commission were leased for a four (4) year <br />period through Toshiba Business Solutions. Similarly, the copier for Gateway Park would also be <br />leased for a four (4) year period through Toshiba Business Solutions. <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Funds have been appropriated in Information Technology Department's budget. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />Proposal <br />Item Number: 10.0 <br />
