WHEREAS, the Contractor has agreed to amend Section 3 to grant the City with the option to renew the Agreement for an additional one (1) year, for a total of three (3) renewal options; and WHEREAS, the City Manager, being satisfied with the work performed by the Contractor, recommends exercising the third and final renewal option, for an additional one (1) year term; and WHEREAS, the City Commission now wishes to approve the Fourth Amendment to the Agreement with Martin & Sons Residential Services, Inc. to provide pressure cleaning services throughout the City on an as needed basis, exercising its third and final renewal option for an additional one (1) year, in an amount not to exceed Fifty -Five Thousand Dollars ($55,000.00), bringing the total contract amount not to exceed One Hundred Ninety -Two Thousand Five Hundred Thirty -One Dollars and Forty -Five Cents ($192,531.45), attached hereto as Exhibit "A„ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approval of Fourth Amendment. The City Commission hereby approved a Fourth Amendment to the Agreement with Martin & Sons Residential Services, Inc. to provide pressure cleaning services throughout the City on an as needed basis, exercising its third and final renewal option for an additional one (1) year, in an amount not to exceed Fifty -Five Thousand Dollars ($55,000.00), bringing the total contract amount not to exceed One Hundred Ninety -Two Thousand Five Hundred Thirty -One Dollars and Forty -Five Cents ($192,531.45), attached hereto as Exhibit "A". Section 2. Authorization of City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute said Second Amendment and to do all things necessary to effectuate this Resolution. Section 3.
