Russo, City Manager <br />FROM: Claudia Hasbun, Development Services Director <br />DATE: July 15, 2021 <br />RE: Request to Place Two (2) Temporary Signs (Banners) at 17901 Collins Avenue <br />(Estates at Acqualina) <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of this Resolution. <br />REASONS: <br />A3 Development, LLC located at 17901 Collins Avenue submitted an application to the City of Sunm <br />Isles Beach requesting to place Two (2) temporary banners located on the north and south towers of <br />the Estates at Acqualina. The two (2) banners are required to be placed according to plans submitted <br />with this application and banners cannot be relocated.
