The Applicant, 18401 Developers, LLC. is requesting to continuing the us( <br />of the existing sales center structure with certain modifications. This request pursuant to application <br />No. PZ2021-10 is related to the pending site plan application No. PZ2021-06 known as the Bentle, <br />project.
