Summary Minutes:Regular City Commission Meeting May 15,2014 City of Sunny Isles Beach,Florida <br /> penalties are monetary however in lieu of monetary fines a violator may elect to do <br /> community service. <br /> Public Speakers: None <br /> Mayor Edelcup said he understands that the State Legislature passed this in between our first <br /> and second reading. Is there any conflict? City Attorney Ottinot said this is similar and he <br /> hopes since our law was passed will be grandfathered in based on a provision of the State <br /> Law. <br /> Vice Mayor Aelion moved and Commissioner Gatto seconded a motion to adopt the <br /> Ordinance on second reading,as amended. Ordinance No.2014-428 was adopted by a <br /> roll call vote of 4-0-1 (Commissioner Scholl absent) in favor. <br /> Vote: Commissioner Gatto yes <br /> Commissioner Levin yes <br /> Commissioner Scholl absent <br /> Vice Mayor Aelion yes <br /> Mayor Edelcup yes <br /> 9E. He suggested to pick the proper housekeeping and make sure we get that covered <br /> in one of our future meetings. If it occurs on a reoccurring it may be that you do it on an <br /> annual basis or something of that nature. <br /> 14 <br />
