4. OTHER PROVISIONS REMAIN IN EFFECT. Except as specifically modified herein, all <br />terms and conditions of the original Agreement between the parties dated June 29,2018 shall remain <br />in full force and effect. <br />5. CONFLICTING PROVISIONS.
