testing is a proactive measure by the City to determine the suitability of the <br />system and its related performance over time and quantifying a useful service <br />life. <br />In general, the testing includes weather simulated exposure of sample sections <br />followed by tensile and impact testing. This testing protocol specified by Chapter <br />2612.2 of FBC will take approximately 7 months to complete once started.
