Grandinetti, Interim Police Chief <br />DATE: September 14, 2021 <br />RE: Fourth Amendment with Action Labor for School Crossing Guard Services <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of this Resolution. <br />REASONS: <br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach currently utilizes the services of Action Labor Management d/b/a Staffin; <br />Connection for school crossing guard services and would like to amend the agreement for an <br />additional one (1) year term. <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach has been satisfied with the services of Action Labor Management and i <br />renewed, will continue to provide up to thirteen (13) school crossing guards & one (1) supervisor at <br />locations designated by the police department. <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Funds have been appropriated in account #001-3-5210-431000-00000. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />Fourth Amendment <br />Item Number: 10.11 <br />
