Russo, City Manager <br />FROM: Tiffany Neely, Finance Director <br />DATE: September 14, 2021 <br />RE: FY 2021-2022 Blanket Purchase Order HOME DEPOT <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of this Resolution. <br />REASONS: <br />The City shall utilize the US Communities Contract No. 16154 -RFP which expires 12/31/2026 t, <br />purchase maintenance, repair, industrial and other operating supplies from Home Depot, in <br />accordance with Section 62-13(c) of the City Code. <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br />There is a rebate program through this contract in which the City receives monies back outlined as <br />follows: <br />• At least $10k - $25k Annual (calendar year) Net Sales = 1% Rebate <br />• At least $25k - $100k Annual (calendar year) Net Sales = 2% Rebate <br />• Over $100k Annual (calendar year) Net Sales = 5% Rebate. <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Various budget accounts. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />Home Depot Contract <br />Item Number: 10.G <br />
