RESOLUTION NO. 2021- Z3� A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE REQUEST SUBMITTED BY ST. TROPEZ BEACH DEVELOPERS, LLC ("APPLICANT") TO PLACE TWO (2) TEMPORARY BANNERS AT THE MILTON OFFICE TOWER LOCATED AT 16690 COLLINS AVENUE; SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; PROVIDING THE CITY MANAGER WITH THE AUTHORITY TO DO ALL THINGS NECESSARY TO EFFECTUATE THIS RESOLUTION; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, St. Tropez Beach Developers, LLC ("Applicant"), submitted an application to the City of Sunny Isles Beach ("City") requesting to place two (2) temporary banners for the Milton Office Tower located at 16690 Collins Avenue; and WHEREAS, the City Commission wishes to approve the request to place two (2) temporary banners on the Milton Office Tower. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approval of Temporary Banners. Pursuant to Section 265-14 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, the City Commission hereby approves the request submitted by the Applicant, subject to the conditions set forth in Section 2. Section 2. Conditions. The Applicant is required to obtain all necessary permits for the installation of two (2) banners, and such banners must be installed according to plans submitted with this application. The banners shall not be relocated and/or replaced without prior approval from the City Manager. The banners must be removed from the tower no later than one (1) year from the approval date, unless an extension is provided by City Manager or designee. Section 3. Authorization of the City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do all things necessary to effectuate this Resolution. Section 4. Effective Date.
