Hasbun, Development Services Director <br />DATE: September 14, 2021 <br />RE: Approval of Two (2) Temporary Banners at the Milton Office Tower - 16690 <br />Collins Avenue <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of this Resolution. <br />REASONS: <br />St. Tropez Beach Developers, LLC (Applicant) have opened the Milton Office Tower. The Applicant i <br />requesting to place two (2) temporary banners for the approved Milton Office Tower. The two (2) <br />banners are required to be placed according to plans submitted with this application. The banner must <br />be removed from the tower no later than one (1) year from the date of the approval, unless an <br />extension is granted by City Manager, or designee.
