Bid Form has been revised. Bidders are instructed to utilize the revised Bid Form herein, failure <br />to utilize the revised Bid Form will deem your submittal non-responsive. Bidder(s) are <br />responsible for verifying quantities indicated on Bid Form, notice of any substantial deviations <br />must be submitted to the City immediately. Any significant variation to agreed upon completion <br />times may result in a condition of default to the terms of the contract. Time is of the essence. <br />2. Engineering plans have been revised to include a change from yellow to blue lines on Schematic <br />Sheets (C-20 to C-38) and to add dimensions from the baseline to the common trench centerline <br />on Alignment Sheets (C-39 to C-57). Revised Engineering Plans included herein. <br />3.
