Full reconstruction of the roadway, <br />concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks, paver sidewalks, lighting upgrades, full <br />intersection signalization installation, pedestrian signalization upgrades, milling and resurfacing, <br />striping, and guardrail installation. <br />c.
