<br />Manager and later President and owner of the development of a recycling company which reviewed and
<br />selected practices which were economically feasible. This involved developing a direct working relationship with
<br />Exxon Polymer Division and attracting their investment of substantial funds in recycling in the Tampa Bay area.
<br />Developed and were issued two patents applicable to effective recycling strategies.

<br />As President and owner built a franchised recruiting business from one office in Tampa to seven offices covering
<br />Central Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Alabama. Developed Accountemps in our franchised area
<br />which became the fourth largest temporary agency in the USA. Elected by the other franchisees to a six person
<br />advisory council which advised RobeO Half on national and international advertising, dispute resolution and
<br />business issues.

<br />General Development Corporation, Lang Engineering, Nliami Elevator. and ilfesta Machine
<br />Company
<br />Corporation, Lang Engineering, Miami Elevator, Inc. and Mesta Machine Company - Performed Financial,
<br />Accounting and Business Management functions. With Lang Engineering, this involved developing financing
<br />packages and marketing projects for the construction of agricultural rice milling machines and storage terminals
<br />in Central and South America. Developed and were awarded the Construction of a $115 million Sugar Mill in
<br />the savannas 150 miles north of Abidjan, Ivory Coast, Africa.

<br />Hurricane Sandy, October 2012, Toms River, NJ
<br />Project Manager, duties, included managing the collection and disposal of 450,000 cubic yards of storm debris.
<br />During the mission, focus was applied to the usage of local contractors and transitioning them into the AshBritt
<br />program. This resulted in local participation rate of 70% during.the project. Additional duties were the collection
<br />of 7,000 White Goods and the restoration of public parks throughout Toms River Township.
<br />2012 Snowstorm, October 2011, State of Connecticut, Dept. of Transportation
<br />Project Manager, responsible for client relations and project management during the Connecticut DOT recovery
<br />mission. Operations included the removal of 100,000 hazardous Leaners & Hangers from Interstate Highways
<br />and other slate roads. Additional duties included the submittal of daily progress reports to the client, attending
<br />mission status meetings and processing damage claims.
<br />Hurricane Ike, September 2008, Galveston, TX
<br />Project Manager, responsible for managing recovery operations for the City of Galveston. Primary focus was
<br />placed on the safe collection and processing of hazardous waste. Proper disposal required transporting large
<br />amounts of hazardous material over great distances. I hosted additional toolbox talks to maintain awareness of
<br />the dangers involved. That effort was rewarded when the project completed without any accidents or injuries to
<br />personnel.
